Just got this about five minutes ago, here are the first impressions.

    1. Activation is problematic, I'm getting some kind of "unhandled exception error." The program is also dependent on DotNetFX, which this machine seems to have, uh... issues with. So starting it up in demo mode -- odd that the Writer's Store doesn't offer a downloadable demo -- we get to:

    2. The actual structuring process itself, which is laid out as a beat sheet. This is kind of cool. Filling this out, if you've already got some idea of your story's basic premise to begin with, makes structuring quick and easy. However, the downside is that the "elements" are set in stone according to (don't remember his first name) Snyder, supposedly a pretty decent screenwriting guru. It would be nice is some flexibility were allowed for in customizing the beats, as can be done in Power Structure. But for a quick'n'easy run-through, Save The Cat is a very good starter-upper to structuring at the very least.

    3. Beyond the beat sheet is confusing at this point. There's a tutorial, and I expect I'll be running through that in short order.

So, bottom line: Technically problematic, superficially simplistic with a potentially very steep learning curve deeper than the first step. BUT, at half the price of Power Structure ($50.00 to PS's ~$100.0) probably not a bad investment.
