Not to break his bubble, but here in Georgia (for example) everyone has a black employee working for them. Ever been to a post office, medical clinic, or chain store in Georgia? Good luck finding a white employee!
I find it interesting that given UT's admission policy regarding large donors, legacy families and out of state students, Abigail Fisher's claim is that it's the minority students that took her entitled spot. Furthermore, despite conservative claims, women have been the largest benefactors of Affirmative Action. Scalia's comments actually do indeed show that he sees segregation as a favorable policy and id go as far as to say that his views on this and opinions in other cases show that his non-contemporary views are not serving our modern society well. He's unfit for the bench.
