    It's an action figure. Sometimes when you try to make a cartoon character look "lifelike," it comes out a little ... yikes!

    In the 70s and 80s, DC Comics actually had a ripof--er, homage to Popeye in the character of Captain Strong, who turned up time to time in Superman comics...
