Should El Chup be warned?

I consider him a friend, but his negging of Dan is getting ridiculous. It's happening even in birthday threads. Dan hasn't complained, but does El Chup need a slap?

I sent Ramen a reminder pm about this yesterday since I have seen him going after Starguard in the Green Room.
I say put up an announcement and start warning people, everyone is just ignoring the rule at the moment.

El Chup posted in a thread a few weeks ago about this very subject, so he can't pretend he doesn't know. He is negrepping Dan in the Help Desk now as well.

Yeah, Chup's getting quite carried away with his vendetta. I don't know about a warning, but definitely a PM or something to cool it.

Unless the rule is being revised Chu has earned his warning.

Eh, post a thread titled "This is how you earn a warning for rep warring" and then have the entire post be links to the posts in violation.

He should be warned.

He seems to dump all his rep on Dan daily since July 30th and it started in Diacanu's Birthday thread.

I can't imagine that is what set it off, but that is the day it became pretty consistant.

Has someone had a word with him yet?
