Should we adopt a "formulary apportionment system" of taxation?

    This is why we must keep a slow stead growth to the economy and dont encourage rampant speculation with wild deregulation. Yes deregulation spurs the economy upwards but only in the short term, in the long term it always goes bust when the problems arise that the regulations were put in place to curb. Taking a half step forward is much better than taking 2 steps forward then 3 steps back then a step forward.
