Should we tube tie all welfare users?

Should we tube tie all people on welfare? How do they expect to raise a kid on it?

Not all of them, just the ones that won't STOP HAVING KIDS.

I think they should tube tie and submit to drug testing to recieve federal or state aid for thier children. This would insure 1. that they have no more childeren that they cannot support and 2. That the money is not spent on drugs and therefore the child has a better chance of recieving some benifit from it.

No need for anything so invasive - just stop giving them handouts. Once that happens they'll stop churning out kids.

I don't have a problem capping welfare benefits... It should not be a comfortable life at all.... At the same time, I would also make sure that these people had good access to birth control... up to and including abortion. Accidents do happen, and science does not have a definitive answer on when life begins... So it is a personal issue.

They're just being good Christians bringing souls to God!
