    It's a notorious double-standard in the industry. 50% of their employees may be gay, but when it comes to their products they are very anti-gay. Look at their shows (Greys and Betty), their other programs with no gay characters, their movies with no gay characters or themes.

    Hell, I remember going to Disneyland for my Grad Night from High School and watching security kick off the dance floor any same-sex couples who were dancing together. Even straight girls dancing with other straight girls were quickly shuffled off the floor. It's their unwritten company policy.
