    I don't think it pertains to the constitution. It has zero to do with congress and zero to do with any law being made by them. I think the courts are way out of bounds telling local schools what they can and cannot teach for ciriculum. I think it should be allowed to be taught. Its one of many theories of how life began on this orb, and none has been proven or disproven. I just think they should be straight up about it. I know some people won't like it and think they shouldn't have to hear it, but I didn't care to hear about all those greek gods and other bullshit that I had in classes at school but I lived through it.
