https://www.theverge.com/2018/1/2/16841578/logan-paul-youtube-dead-body-suicide-contagion-japan A LITERAL WHO of an "internet celebrity" showed a dead body and people are freaking out. In other news, the rest of the world goes on as normal.
give me a fucking break...... so seeing a dead body will cause even MORE Japanese to kill themselves? Like they have no concept of suicide already but now that they've seen a dead body they are chomping at the bit to seal the deal with ?
Christ, you're stupid. It's the same reason they're moving away from focusing on the identities of mass shooters, to discourage copycats.
Sorry but if you are that weak-willed that you are going to "copycat" somebody committing suicide DARWIN should greet you at the pearly gates!
I have to agree with that a bit. We really cannot Nerf the world because some people are having a rough moment. If you need to take a break and step back away from the world to get a grip, then you do that. The wood does not need to stop rolling because of you. If you want sympathy go get some, it no one guarantees what you get in life is good, pleasant, or what you want. Maybe that is not what you want out of life. Then step off if you must. I am not going to yell at you for that personal choice. Maybe this world is not for you. This is what it is, and none of us are so important to it that it has to stop rolling for us. Threatening to commit suicide if the world does not change is going to be really disappointing because the world goes on. If it is what you want then do it. If you want things to be different or better it might be possible depending on what you want, but the only way you will get it is to try, and that is no guarantee you will get it. That is life.
I can understand the choice of suicide. I can see reasons a person would chose it. If your reason is because you want to follow someone else fucking go and I am sorry for the people you are going to hurt with that stupidity, but let them grieve because they probably deserve better than such a callous and thoughtless friend or love.
No. Depression causes people to do things they wouldn't normally do if they were completely in their right minds. Depression already makes one believe that their life is pointless, that they don't deserve to live. Seeing someone else do this, and have it shown to others, may cause them to decide that if they're going to die, they might as well make it something notable.
