We have elected to reorganize the staff, shrinking it to a size that should be sufficient to cover the board for the foreseeable future. To do this, I have accepted resignations from Alphaman, evenflow, and Mrs. Albert. Bailey, Clyde, and Paladin will be promoted to Super Moderator and will join Lanzman and thelurker in covering all of the board’s fora. This change will help us cover the broadest range of times zones across the globe and should provide some sort of minimal moderator presence around the clock. As always, we will go forward with this plan and hope for the best. But, if in the future we need to have another reorganization to meet the board’s needs, we will do so. Also, we will be removing the Observer’s access to The Shelter pending an overhaul of their system. Details of which are still to be determined.
