There is only ~2 hours left in the sale but every game made by Paradox is now 50% off. I used this sale to get all the DLC and expansions for HOI3, Victoria 2, and Crusader Kings 2. If you like strategy games then this is a great opportunity to save 50%.
I've been playing the hell out of CK2 with all the expansions and DLC yet I feel like I'm only scratching the surface. I've played one game as a Viking and managed to both invade England and unify Denmark under my rule but I still haven't figured out how to reform the religion though I have hard lots of fun sacrificing all of my captives to Odin. My second game has been as a Zoroastrian attempting to reconquor Persia from the Muslims and while it has been easy to take central Asia and get impressively large on the map it has been much slower going against the Muslims. With cheating I managed to get the eastern half of Persia but going further just seems impossible as the Muslims form some giant god damned empires so they're able to throw a dozen stacks of 10k at me all at once. If I'm really lucky then I might have 14k total in my vassal army and another 8k in a mercenary army but it isn't enough to fend off 200k especially as that's just the first wave.
Steam's summer sale still isn't live but it will be in a few days and then many games will be on sale for 75% off. Basically, everything but the brand new releases will be 75% off. That's the time to buy if you've been thinking about picking up a game.
http://www.siliconera.com/2013/07/0...t-live-but-here-are-three-solid-alternatives/ Info on Steam's summer sale along with 3 alternatives such as Amazon's summer sale, Green Man Gaming's sale, and Game Fly's summer sale. Today and tomorrow Greenman Gaming has Civ5: God's and Kings expansion on sale for $6.75 instead of the regular $29.95. It will activate via steam if you want. Just FYI.
Well alrighty then, I read the title as shemale paradox. And was wondering what the hell was up with Confederate Son
