I don't personally like Flashlight very much (or at least The Flashlight persona), but I also think he might make a decent MC mod.

Oh I'm serious. He has trolled so much for it that he can't afford to fuck it up. Given that he doesn't make the policy I think he might really be good.

I am not so sure he would be a good choice. At the very least I would not want him to have access to the shelter at first.
