I just finished another final. One Calculus class down and another to go. I think I am enjoying this much more that I would have when I was younger because I can see where this would have come in handy in real life situations I have worked with. In all the quizzes, I missed 4 questions, but I still got a 97% over all. Some in the class were not happy and I don't know why they were taking it. If you learn to graph a curve and apply everything it shows in the book, then you won't be worried about the bell curve ;) Derivatives rule. I could have used them and got things figured out a lot faster when I was redesigning the drive line on my MG. I had a horsepower curve and a torque curve and a timing advance curve(that affects the two previous things) and then there was the aero curve that was affected by how far the car was raised off the ground(drag). Bigger tires give taller gearing but cause more drag. I got everything correct but I could have used that calculus back then.
