I'm not sure that Sweeney is any more allowed to trash Madame Web than Johnson is... But also, there is a difference in how they trashed it afaik. Sweeney told a quick joke about how nobody saw the movie. That doesn't imply the movie sucks or that Sony messed with the movie or anything of the sort. Johnson has been fairly open about her criticism that the movie sucked, and that at least part of how/why it sucked in her opinion was because of corporate meddling. So Johnson's bit the hand that fed her and it would not be surprising if she has to pay a price for that (in addition to having headlined a sucktastic movie).

Sounds fine, I have just moved on from comic book superheroes to more realistic things like Dune and Godzilla. Comic book movies are so 2020, and no one likes 2020.
