Hello Wordforge, I'm going to continue taking a much needed break from forums. I'm not sure how long, but this is very much needed. Not that any of you really care, so bye. -Hummus
...from all your worries sure would help a lot. Wouldn't you like to get away? Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your na-a-ame. And they're always glad ya ca-a-ame! *Throws the next verse to the next poster*
*Blinks* *watches it crash to floor* *Puts hands out in order to catch it.* I never was good at sport.
sport as a concept, not as a collective. So, if you're rubbish at "sports", that means you're rubbish at anything that could be considered a sport. If you can't catch, you're rubbish at "sport". Catching in and of itself isn't something that could be considered "a sport", but it's something that sports rely on. No idea about the maths/math thing. Probably because it's generally so associated with 'maths' as a subject, a group of things being taught, rather than counting, adding, subtracting generally.
Math always sounds weird to me because math is an abbreviation of mathematics. You can have a singular sport. Football is a sport, baseball is a sport, running is a sport, and so on. Can't say I have ever heard of a singular mathematic though.
