So we've got a pedophile running for mayor and a whacky city councilman who referred to illegal aliens as "wetbacks" in a government document. Ted would've loved this story. This one, I imagine the councilman being played by that crusty old character actor with the mustache you saw in the '80s--you know, the one who looked like the "after" photo of a Wilford Brimley diet at--only not bald.
