The Alzheimer's Association and the Alzheimer's Society don't agree with the article in the OP - in fact, the Alzheimer's Society contradicts it: http://www.alzheimers.org.uk/site/scripts/documents_info.php?documentID=99 However, I found some articles in Science of the Total Environment (a scientific journal) that do link Aluminum to Alzheimer's. There are also tons of factors, mainly genetics and age, that affect your chances of developing Alzheimer's. In other words, it's not just aluminum, and it's definitely not just beer that's gonna fix everything. If that were the case, no alcoholics would ever develop Alzheimer's, and hardly anyone who drinks 2 beers every night would be affected. Some research looks interesting: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/7208768.stm That one uses radio waves to stimulate growth of brain cells.
