Nevada updated its count. Biden still winning. What's more concerning is that it appears Nevada counted only 27,000 votes in the last 24 hours. This is no way to run a casino.

MSNBC is liberal in it's overall outlook. I really dislike Chris O'Donnell, because he's been known to make shit up and just be a partisan hack. The key for me is if they tell you something is a "fact" is it true? The Fox News news team does pretty well with this. The breaking point is the "personalities". The MSNBC hosts are unabashedly liberal, but they're not making shit up out of whole cloth. One of the reasons I enjoy reading publications like The Economist and the Orange County Register is that they are dealing from a factual basis. If I don't agree with their conclusions...c'est la vie. But when you have idiots just making shit up, I'm out. Mother Jones and The Bulwark are also good outlets for that reason.

Can someone explain Trump logic for me? I saw that he is suing to stop the vote count in Nevada. Wouldn’t that make Biden the winner?

I can understand him wanting to stop the vote count in PA and Georgia because he is currently leading in those states.

For us it depended on the state. WA doesn’t have income tax so lots of folks at Lewis change residency. Same for Hood.

Unless they were coming from Wainwright or Richardson. If you say you plan to come back after you get out you can keep getting your oil check if you maintain Alaska residency.

Just tracking today ... Gap in PA is decreasing trump's lead. 7ish this morning, gap was 164,418. Now it's 114,042

Gap in GA 7ish am was 18,098, now it's 13,540.

In NV, Biden's gap is increasing. 7ish was 7,647, now it's 11, 438.

If he succeeds in stopping the vote count, it's probably close enough to trigger a recount. So it's not really clear what his goal is here, unless he plans to muck around with the recounts. Or I think maybe he just wants to cast enough doubt on the votes.

Getting more than the minimum 270 EC votes definitely gives him wiggle room, should the Trump Supreme Court™ decide to do something stupid.

It'll take Nevada AND Arizona to get to 270. Without GA and PA fucking Trump, he'll fucking tie up the courts for months.
