You notice how when the transphobes aren't pretending to care about women's rights, they start ranting about how "men wanting to cut their dicks off" in the most graphic terms they can think of? On some deep level, a transwoman getting bottom surgery makes them feel like someone is coming for their penises. (Don't try to read much rationality into it ... we're trying to get inside the heads of the deeply insecure here.)

And, of course, the next thing that bubbles to the surface is usually something about "traps." Which brings us to the other "threat." These guys are terrified that they'll meet a transwoman and be attracted to her.

What? I have read this a number of times and maybe I am still misreading it, but it makes no sense.

1. A cis male would not claim to be a trans male because they are already a cis male. Why would a cis man ever have to claim to identify as male when he is a male. Maybe you wrote the wrong thing so this logically makes the statement false since that never happens.

2. Under JK's idea a trans man would already be placed into female only spaces as they would be considered female being their physical bits are female at birth. So if you were a trans man you would already be in the female spaces, and then if you happen to be a predator of women we arrest you when you assault someone or if you make a non-consensual actiojn against a person.

However, could you restate the question in a proper logical way because I am not getting it considering you seem to be conflating cis and trans men which is just wrong.

It is clear the transphobes of the world are certainly thinking the bottom surgery is something that happens to them rather than being a requested and good thing for trans women. The only people who are taking a knife to men's dicks without permission and against their will are people who circumcise babies, and maybe a very small number of children born intersex.

Do these same men have trouble with dick piercing because they somehow conflate someone else having it with them having it? If that is so, tough tittie for the asshole trying to stop others from modifying their own body. I find things like the large peircings people have disgusting and do not want on. I find people who put objects inside their skin to make it have a big bump or texture a bit disgusting. Which is really odd because I actually don't mind scars, burned skin, and amputations. I am not going to go outlaw it, nor do I want to stop someone from getting it done simply because it is not for me. I do not even think I would not date someone who had something like that, or would not be a friend of theirs as I have had friends who have done that.

It is not your body so fix yourself if someone wanting to cut up their penis goes ahead and does it. All I say is try to do it safely and without infection so you can cut yourself up again or live to see another day. Let us have some health regulations so the dumbass down the road doesn't give you a massive infection you didn't want because they had tno training and certification, but thought they could do it anyway.

If the Plan was in force and IF trans people complied (we won't) then said predatory cis male no longer needs to crossdress, he simply enters the ladies as if entitled and when challenged reply "I but see I was born with a vagina so this is where I have to go" - and there's no objective way to prove that's a lie, until he attacks.

Now, I'm not saying this would ever happen, but according to THEIR 'logic" it's literally inevitable because their claim rests on the idea that predators will lie to gain access.

The restroom argument seems so stupid to me.

I went to a shopping mall this weekend that I hadn't been to in almost a decade. They had converted all their restrooms to gender-neutral. Private stalls for everyone with a common area to wash up afterwards. (And I mean private stalls - not the bullshit half-built stalls you get in most public restrooms).

I'm sure the zealots would find some reason to moan about it, but it seems like a pretty straightforward solution to me.

I'm pretty sure the entire production team, from the producers to the directors to the actors to the fucking craft services people, will be under very strict orders not to say anything about anything except for the show itself.

Lots of original work is out there that people bitch about "lazy hack writers" Discovery was set in the Star Trek universe, but it's still original story. As opposed to Strange New Worlds which takes existing characters and rewriting them into bland characters.

To be clear, when I said "you're just arguing", was not intended to be aimed specifically at you, just the general people out there arguing against inclusivity. People of color and actors with same sex sexual preferences can still be talented even when someone else dislikes the character or the way the character was written.
