seriously. they take too long to load and provide little in added content. I'd put you on ignore but sometimes you have substantive posts (and I think this is disabled for mods), so I've blocked twitter.com on my PC browser. Unfortunately I haven't figured out an unobtrusive way to do this on chrome for android.
I don't know who you have in mind, but it's definitely not Ghislaine Maxwell. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/ghislaine-maxwell-covid-19/
Really. The mentality involved... "Oboy!! I can't wait to see who the next celebrity rapist is!! ". "Aww!! Goddammit!! Tweets!! I'm sickened!! ".
There are arguments to be made for and against Twitter, but no WFer has a leg to stand on calling another platform vapid or toxic.
I watched the series about Jeffrey Epstein on Netflix. It follows the story of Farmer and a few other victims and sums up the story pretty well and it’s not that long. If anyone is interested.

This is not the person dealing with epstein or the lawsuits against him. This was the judge who was handling the deutsche bank case where they were trading securities without telling investors of their involvement with epstein which would have effected the evaluation of the securities for the investors. A more involved article and description of the case she was overseeing that involved potential epstein money laundering permitted by the bank which may have been in violation of it's policies and was potentially hazardous to investors in the bank who brought the case. https://apnews.com/fecbf88ebc2b33e35c291a43ad52939a As far as I can tell this only involved epstein as a part of the case against the bank and not the trials of his estate or his rapey island assistant. It does not mean there was not some related reason for the attack, but it does seem this might be more related to the bank itself rather than the epstein crowd.
