I know that a startrek offshoot bulletin board is not really the place to drum up sports fans but who is watching this? The story of Chicago Bulls last great season of the Jordan, Pippen, Rodman era. I’m only three episodes in but this is how factual sports documentaries should be done.

I’ve always been a big sports guy and I certainly knew enough of Jordan and the Bulls in that time period but I certainly was not/am not a basketball aficionado. This documentary is fascinating.

From what I have seen so far and then a bit of outside reading, as much as Pippen was fucked over by the bulls, he does seem to have a long history of falling out with various people and franchises. Looks like me might not be as clean cut as I had always thought.

Jordan, born winner. Serious win at all costs attitude. Some of the still images of him towering over the hoop mid slam are frightening and gravity defying.

I think Netflix has all ten episodes up now, looking forward to getting into them.

I've heard of Michael Jordan and the other names you mentioned, but I'm not a basketball fan. But if there are ten episodes they better exhaust the subject thoroughly that's for sure!

Just finished the first episode. I’m not a big sports fan and I don’t care much for basketball, but I was wrapped up in Bulls fever at the time and had mad respect for Jordan. This is just a reminder of how badass that man is. So far, I’m liking it.
