I am watching the Leaving Scientology documentary on Netflix and I am noticing a great parallel between the actions of the scientologists and the actions of prejudice organizations like the Klan, Nazis, and the modern republican party. LRH was a person who could distill psychological mindbending and abuse down to a instruction book, and it is so blatant when he speaks about it.

I was talking to my mother about Texas criminalizing trans therapy by calling it child abuse, and she just came back with the reality it is just how they are persecuting women for having sex. I know you also have the persecution for being black or hispanic. In each one of these cases they attack those who are the allies also.

These right wing fools listen to the scientology stories and get mad at the scientologists for doing some of these horrible things to people who are just doing business with or being polite to ex scientologists and feel they step out of line. Yet they are fine with abuses leveled at parents who love and enable their kids to be happy and pretend they are criminally assaulting them.

You see how the CoS paints people as sexual deviants and abusers just for talking to ex members or employing them and you realize it becomes terrorism of anyone who would give quarter and support to those who they hate. It is all couched in some feeling that they are doing good because they are supposedly protecting the weak, when they are really attacking the weak. The thing that helps them feel good about that is it is often easy to destroy the weaker people so they get that success. For instance, if you destroy the black or trans family who has less support then you have beaten back the violent thugs or the sexual perverts. You won when they kill themselves, overdose, get shot, get raped, or get imprisoned.

It is funny how they want the freedom to do this to the others because that makes them great. It is also funny how some people might do the right thing in some areas and not recognize how they are part of the same abuses in other areas. We have to save the poor scientologist escapees, but we can vote for tough on crime laws or worry about those gays getting married and trans people in sports or the bathroom.

Its always been easier to unite people with enemies and hate than it is to convince them to genuinely build a better world.
Cults, religions, and revolutions have always looked for people who hate themselves, and their present circumstances.
The self-loathing can never let the hate and guilt land on themselves, they have to bounce it off onto someone else.
Leaders of cults/religions/revolutions know this, and manufacture the enemy accordingly.

Look how many outed gay Republicans there have been.
LRH hated shrinks; gee, I wonder why.

You're right, it's all the same shit with different wrapping paper.

....gotta ask, is the extra "i" in "linki" pronounced "linky" or "linki" like the "i" in "Jedi"?
