Yes. That's my understanding as well.

Much of the criticism I'm seeing is regarding her demeanor on teevee, talking about what's supposed to be a serious matter while appearing to have a grand old time being on camera.

It’s the FEC. They’re spineless when not toothless, at least when it comes to anyone important. I’d bet on Jack Smith getting him on fraud for the Election Defense Fund twice over before the FEC does anything at all. The FOIA response is probably just them trying not to embarrass themselves over their lack of enforcement.

About the whole "the FBI hates Trump" thing?

Aside from the fact that anyone with the slightest knowledge of history knows that the FBI is a notoriously conservative organization, now we learn of an intense effort by agents to protect him from investigation, with many of them insisting the DOJ should believe he had turned over all the classified documents and not search his property, right up until the search proved he'd been lying.

Manhattan DA “invites” Trump to testify in front of grand jury inestigating Stormy Daniels pay off. He’d be nuts to do it, but maybe he’s going for an insanity defense…developing….

They used to have some grumpy old men that genuinely cared about taxes.
And they seemed ideologically sincere about the Cold War.
But yeah, they always wanted to de-regulate snake oil salesmen, and banksters.

You want somebody to defend Bill Clinton on that? Because I'm certainly not gonna.

Bill Clinton signed a bunch of conservative policies into law, and they all had bad ramifications.

Just like conservative policies always do.

Bill Clinton was a Democrat in name only. I didn’t like him in the 90s and I did like him now.

I'll give him this much: He was probably the best we could hope for at that particular moment in time.

As strong a grip as Ronald Reagan's bullshit has on our collective underlying narrative today, it was even stronger in the '90s.

Pretty good chance they won't put him in handcuffs if they do arrest, though I agree, I'd love to see it. The one thing is that the current head of the Secret Service is Kimberly A Cheatle, a Biden appointee. No reason to expect favoritism from her.

He's having his first presidential rally in Waco, TX, which is about right.

Latest report I saw was that multiple sources said he was going to be arrested next week, but on Tuesday, later in the week. Guess we'll see.
