As if you need spoilers for this one. Totally formulaic- nothing happens that you wouldn't expect in this sort of movie. Contrary to the flow of the masses, I really like Mark Wahlberg. This was a good popcorn munching, two-hour action flick that, while completely predictable from start to finish, was tightly paced and intense throughout. A worthy matinee on a day when I had nothing better to do. Marso Sez: If you like action movies, you'll like this one. Some good sniper stuff too, although I have no idea how accurate. (Pun intended)
After I watched it with my friend, he said it was completely unrealistic. I pointed out that we had watched 300 a few hours beforehand. He said, "Yeah, but that was good." It was pretty decent. I liked some of the different locations and the action scenes. And apparently, Danny Glover has no vocal chords.
