The Total Number of T. Rexes to Ever Live

    I happened to think of something the other day: We don't know what T. rexes sounded like. We can make some guesses as to the kinds of sounds that they might have been able to produce, but we don't know how they would have used those sounds. So, it's entirely possible that some of them could have been like lyrebirds and been able to reproduce noises that they hear in their environment as part of their song.



    Now, imagine one day, we're able to figure out all of this "clone the dinosaur" stuff, and we start cloning them. Which, after they hatch, we discover that some particularly nasty carnivorous dinosaur, like the T. rex, didn't make the kind of dramatic roar we expect, but noises like this:



    I would watch all of the Jurassic Park/World movies where the dino sounds had been re-dubbed with cartoon SFX.
