This is so completely stupid I don't know why I bother but: Not only are Bill Gate's daughters underaged but HE IS GIVING HIS ENTIRE FORTUNE AWAY. You know, the whole Gates Foundation thing where he and Melinda don't believe in inherited wealth so are giving all their money away and encouraging other billionaires to do the same? And secondly, the World Bank (formally the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development) doesn't HAVE a CEO. It's not even a real bank! It only lends to State's and it's only funded by other States. It's President is always an American appointed by the President (like the IMF's head is always European - voting is determined by contribution and the US and Europe are no1 and no2 and we agreed back in the day to split them between us) basically only sets broad policy goals. He's not rich and he has no power to direct funds to anyone (he only gets a vote if the Board of Directors is split). You may now return to your regularly scheduled cpurick idiocy.
I don't see why Bill and Melinda gates shouldn't give their money to the Federal Government to distribute. Seems pretty selfish and arrogant to take all the credit for giving their money (that we all helped them to accumulate) away to people they deem as needy just so they can brag about it. :sarcasm:
