Time limit on posting replies.

    Apparently there's a a time limit before you can post a new reply. I got an alert saying I had to wait 12 seconds before I could reply. It could be annoying if you are trying to reply to different posts in different forums.

    Yeah, it's a bit of a minor inconvenience, but it's worth it to prevent the mess that would be created by bot spammers.
