    Pink.
    ?
    Wayne Rogers.
    Cletus Snow.
Saw that movie once a long time ago. It was set in Chicago so I'm guessing it has to be Wrigley Field.
    ?
    ?
    Sidney Poitier.
Mmmm...Halle Berry? (Of course, I'm assuming for 'best actress') (edit: D'oh! I think shootER's got it.)

Technically-speaking, my answer for 9 is incorrect (though it wasn't actually "won" but was "given" by the Academy).

Just guessing but 5 might be "Bringing up Baby"

6 is Comisky (since Wrigley has already been deemed wrong)

And I'm guessing on 11 too but Bill Cosby is as good a guess as I can think of.

If not Cosby (for I Spy) then possibly Nat King Cole for some musical program even earlier.
