I'm not making this up...Tom DeLay, the former House Majority Leader who remains under indictment and awaiting trial in Texas on charges of campaign finance law violations, is going to be a featured dancer on the upcoming ninth season of "Dancing With The Stars." Depending on how soon the Texas prosecutor handling the case chooses to proceed with the long-pending charges, DeLay could be the first reality show contestant to have his appearance interrupted by required court appearances. (In that regard he has at least bested impeached Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevic, who was not allowed by the judge supervising his bribery case to appear on "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here", sending his wife instead.)
Allen Keyes would be better. That man is entertaining! Although he might have a problem with the selfish hedonism of the male dancers.
When Sarah Palin crashes and burns sometime before or after the primaries leading up 2012 I could see her doing it. Or maybe Bristol or the redneck kid that knocked her up will do it. That family is going to hold on to there 15 minutes for as long as they can.
