Good. Good. I really enjoyed Legacy. Soundtrack too. FLYNN LIVES Wasn't there some relation between Cillian Murphy's character in Legacy and a character from the original Tron? Maybe that's the way they are headed?
Part 3 would be epic if they showed what the Russians, the North Koreans, and Wikileaks has done to the gridworld.
I really liked Ton Legacy. I still haven't seen the first Tron in its entirety, but hey I'm cool with a third one. And yes, Daft Punk rocked it out in that movie.
He's the son of Ed Dillinger in the original Tron movie, he's the guy who stole Flynn's work. And he was also Sark in the original Tron movie, both Ed Dillinger and Sark were played by David Warner.
And they've decided to kill it because they'd rather make a live action Cinderella. http://www.mtv.com/news/2173370/disney-pulls-plug-tron-3/ Dicks.
Money always wins. Cinderella guarantees the little girl dollar that went to see "Frozen", Tron is a niche thing, and we're freakishly lucky we got a sequel to what was a flop in the 80's.
Tron was a bit overrated anyway. Hasn't stood the test of time. I know some will regard that as blasphemy, but there you go.
My source says "Tron: Legacy", actually did well at the box-office, but what really killed it was pissing away 180 million on that POS "Tomorrowland". http://www.darkhorizons.com/news/37190/third-tron-cancelled-at-disney
One of the reasons Disney bought Marvel was because they had nearly 100% market share for girls, but 0% of fun the boys. If they want to keep expanding the male demo, then they need to be putting out more movies that don't revolve around princesses.
I've never understood the love for Tron or its lesser sequel. Both movies were middling at best. Not bad films, but certainly not worthy of the fanboy love or further sequels.
Sorry guys. Disney has pulled the plug. http://www.cnn.com/2015/05/31/enter...?iid=ob_homepage_showcase_pool&iref=obnetwork
Doubtful. There's nothing in the description which specifically includes or excludes him. At one time, rumor had it that Cindy Morgan and Dan Shor would be reappearing, along with Bruce Boxleitner.
