Unfortunately for the public, there is little chance that a suit along these lines would get to the discovery stage. It's pretty clear that there is no obligation by Facebook, Twitter or the rest of them to allow anyone to be users in general, and indeed if anything, a court forcing a private company to allow a political operative to use their platform would be a violation of the First Amendment, as it would be the government compelling speech. Also, I'm guessing the print on the user agreements we agree to when signing up for a social media account explicitly give Big Tech rights to constrain or ban speech on their various platforms. So even if you could make a straight-faced argument that the First Amendment applies to the action of non-government actors who restrict speech, the fact that Trump and co. signed away those rights to participate in the platforms makes this kind of claim non-viable.

So since I think you are a lawyer IIRC, is there a way to procedurally force the trial, or would it just be denied by the courts outright? Because it is trump, and he is prone to shooting himself in the foot, and I am hoping for that. Is that just a fool's hope because no court is even going to allow this, or could they just sit back and watch as he puts himself into the fire so to speak? I get that judges do not want everyone just making up lawsuits for fun because they think they are wrong, but might they be compelled to allow this so that they can pretend they are being fair to the idiot, and let him waste the time of the really stupid lawyers who are filing this on his behalf because we know they will never get paid?

So I guess the lawyers for the defendants can stop sharpening their knives. Pity....

Can't the judge just read a statement warning him about how he is opening himself up to self incrimination and charges and be done with it? It would only be fair considering any regular person would get handled that way. Why are we making special circumstances for rich stupid people? read him the same warnings we all get, make sure his lawyers are certified, and let him walk into traffic.

We don't have to kill him, but we don't have to save him from himself either. There are better people to try top save from themselves, so let us all focus on them while the cheeto does what he does so well.
