    Now, I ask...does this qualify as "off limits"?

    What exactly did he think he was doing? Because it really seems like this was a move of desperation to appease to the anti-war liberals simply based on "bringing our troops home". How likely is it that this could bring us to war, if Trump follows through with his threat?
