Poking around a bit, it seems you aren't the only one. However, you are not in any special group, so it's a bit hard to figure the exact source of the sudden permission. I wonder if it was always that way. @John?

It wasn't always that way, because I'd never seen the tick box next to any threads from that forum until tonight, when I hit the "New Posts" button like I generally do when I first get here.

The Starscape Lounge has been opened to all members for a few weeks now, which also means it can be moderated by all Mods as well. I just made the adjustments a little over an hour ago. You'll imagine Larry's surprise when he saw Mod tools in other threads.

While Starscape Lounge is its own entity in some respects, it is still subject to moderation by this board. So if you see someone breaking the rules in Starscape, you are more than welcome to nip it in the bud.
