Umm . . . Gentlemen, there seems to be a problem.

I just got an email from GoDaddy and apparently I still own the domain name "wordforge.net." Didn't we transfer that when you guys took over? John, Anc, I'm looking at you . . .

Don't ask me on that one. I had nothing to do with domain transfers. I was only brought on after the initial board transfer was complete.

Nah, domain is totally separate from hosting unless you order a combined package from a host company. You can have a GoDaddy domain and choice of a thousand server hosts, and one won't affect the other.

Yeah, but don't you have to actually have control of the domain to point it to your stuff?

You need the login information for the domain account (GoDaddy, for example), and point it to the server, and that's it.

Okay, just found my godaddy credentials. According to it I own wordforge.net and testingforge.net.

Perhaps the contact email is still the same?
