    Yup. That's why you'll hear most chain restaurants sing different songs when it's someone's birthday. They cant' afford the risk of a lawsuit.

    My daughter went to the local IHOP on her birthday outing over the weekend (she turns 13 this week). They sang *something* like Happy Birthday to her, with mangled lyrics, as 14th Doc said.
