We just has a big price fixing trial here where a few big retailers were slammed hard. But then... how do you prove it? I mean, they send out millions of flyers every week. The competition just has to look at them. It's of course something else on the supplier side. Still, they are so big, they can pretty much dictate the prices they wish to pay anyway
