Interested in Tomb Raider Anniversary, but I already got Legend, and haven't finished that yet.

And oh, what's this??? A DS Browser? I heard that it was hella slow when people tried it out, but that was because it was contacting DNS servers in Japan to connect. The North American version is suppose to be much faster, and supports Java and Flash. I will probably check out some reviews of it before getting it though.

I've just got the web browser for my DS and I quite like it. I don't find it particularly slow. It's actually far better than I expected. I find it easy to use and it means I don't have to pay to use the internet when I'm away from home for a while.

And costs more money, has less games and is generally not a very good platform.

Umm...I don't know where you are getting your information from, but the PSP has WAY more games than the Nintendo DS. It is one of the things I really hope the DS improves on, as the PSP is a bit clunky to carry around. The only way your statement is true is if you include the huge list of GBA games that you can also play on your DS, which doesn't really count.

Costs more money, yeah, for sure. The 'generally not a very good platform' is just your opinion, but in what way are you referring to?

You can do a lot more out of the box on the PSP than you can with the DS. Wireless internet surfing, check. MP3 player, check, movie/video player, yes and photo viewer as well.

Ummm.. I'm referring to almost every game that gets reviewed getting a below average score. There is NOT more games for the PSP than DS, unless you turn it into an emulator, which requires you to modify it. The DS can play the whole library from the GBA, which does indeed count. No modifications necessary. Even if you want to just compare DS vs PSP specific games, while the DS might not have as many, the ones it does have are much better quality.

It isn't just my opinion, it is a pretty well established 'opinion' of the gaming community. It is the whole reason the DS sold 5 times as many units as the PSP last month alone. 471K DS Units to 183K PSP Units.

If I wanted all of those features you're listing 'right out of the box', I'd buy a PDA. Because they handle it better and is way more useful. I could also hook my camera directly into a PDA, have much more storage, use it as a phone, etc.

No, what I'm talking about is a gaming machine. And by all accounts the DS > PSP for gaming. I personally do not like portable game machines, but if I had to pick one, the DS clearly has a better library of games to choose from and IMO is a lot more fun. There are about 2 or 3 must own games for a PSP, where as there is a host of DS games which would be must own games for me, which is how most see it as well.
