    ...Earth Into Black Hole

Hmmm...Maybe this is the problem? :chris: No disrespect to our short little brown-skinned neighbors from the South, but my spaceship is NOT going to be powered by a Mexican warp engine! Carnitas tacos? Absolutely! Warp drive engines? Not so much.

Personally I like this last theory a little more except for that last little itty bitty problem mentioned at the end...Where is Spock when we need him? Will faster than light travel will be achieved in the next 100 years? What say you all?

That's what happens when you let illegal immigrants build your warp engines.

I would give U.S. citizenship to one million illegal aliens no questions asked if it gave us a workable FTL drive.

Howcum every scientific advance is going to create a black hole and swallow the Earth these days? Did I miss a memo?

I my mind, that whole scenario is pretty much the plot of the new Gen Y Star Trek (a.k.a. Dawson's Trek).

    BOOOYAAAH!

There's a fine line between legitimate and mad science.

Warp drive? They can even get fusion right.

We might as well build big ass bridges across the stars. It'd be quicker.

I guess Ross Perot was right about a "giant sucking sound" coming from Mexico.

When FTL travel's attained, those future folks will be wooping it up over stuff like this.

That would be the Black Hole in Uranus created by drinking the water....No liquid down there is consumable except beer...
