Copying UA. I figure y'all will keep me honest and I can brag about my accomplishments (good motivator). I lifted in high school and haven't lifted since. Back then I started at the bar and worked my way up to 120 (my body weight at the time) in a semester. Think I can do it again? Anyway. 7/24/07 45 lb 10 reps x 3.
5/26/07 45 lb 10 reps x 3. This is on the bench press btw. I'll try to get some pics soon. (As in never). Learned a sex chant in hula class today. Yay.
8/7/07 45 lb 10 reps x 3. It was really easy but I blamed that on lifting before running instead of the other way around as usual. 8/9/07 45 lb 10 reps x 3. During the last set I got the bar stuck on my chest twice. o_O That was not so good.
8/23/07 45 lb 32 reps. This whole lifting twice a week on a good week thing is really starting to piss me off. I'm getting nowhere.
