Last night I had a few slices of cheap, Costco pizza because my youngest daughter had some friends over and I wasn't really all that hungry.

Since today is Mrs. shootER's birthday, I took her and the kids out for a big breakfast this morning and, tonight, we're have a get-together with a bunch of friends at a local tapas bar.

I have not yet had supper. My wife left for work this evening and so I am on my own. I don't know whether to go out or not. Its raining here and no food seems appealing right now. Pizza, nope. Burgers nope, fried chicken nope, BBQ to far to drive, I don't want to go to a sit down place alone, that just feels wierd. Hmmm. What am I to do? I don't want chinese either. Maybe I should just go to the grocery store and see what looks interesting.

Bump, ended up at wally world and bought 80 bucks worth of stuff, mostly food and thing for the vacation. Decided on frozen batter dipped fish fillets and some fries. Its a far cry from real fish'n chips but so is what is served at any restaurant around here. I miss real pub food.

Just had Burger king. Wife insisted because she wanted kid meals for the new Talking trek toys in them. Not bad burgers.
