God made creation in 7 days.....so says the bible. However....how do humans define days? we define days as one rotation on the earths axis. The problem here is, on the first "day" God created light and dark. The earth did not exist at this point. So what was a day? A day could have been whatever God sees as a day. So considering God is not limited by time, a day could have been a month, a year, a decade, or even millions of years in Gods "eyes". A day to God does not necessarily have to be equivalent to what we call days.
Sure it did. The earth existed. "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and the earth was without form and void and darkness covered the face of the waters." Of course, you have to start wondering what the hell the writers meant when they said that God created the heavens and the earth, and that the earth was without form and void, but that somehow darkness covered the face of the waters and God was hovering over the waters themselves. This is a bit of a quandry. The whole book can be taken as metaphor, but start telling mainstream Christian churches that Eden didn't exist and that Adam and Eve weren't the first two humans and see what happens.
Atheist, because there isn't even a coherent enough definition of "god" to have a discussion about whether or not one exists, much less any actual evidence that one exists; and apatheist, because the concept of worship is puerile degrading piffle that's utterly incompatible with being a morally responsible person even if a god were defined and existent.
