S. 735, The Terrorist Hoax Improvements Act of 2007 S. 735 would amend title 18, United States Code, to improve the terrorist hoax statute. Near as I see it, this is a good thing, since it was the Boston PD that played the hoax on the public. The Mooninite ads were just that, ads.
