Lacking teh Baba as an option, I selected sharia, because it is more brutally totalitarian than I would expect from trumpism. that said, I can definitely see the point that Packard and quest are arguing. Sharia is highly regimented, strongly articulated, and thoroughly rests on a systemic logic (the conclusions of which I find intolerable). Trumpism is based more on manipulation of passion to achieve unspecified goals. NAZIs seem in many ways to have fit that description better than Sharia would fit. Neither is perfect match, though, so whoever said above that it was a comparison of three disimilar things probably has it right.

In fact, sharia demands that. You're breaking sharia if you're applying it indiscriminately to Muslims and non-Muslims.
