In this time and place, it's time to remember the values that Wordforge was built upon. :bergman:

It was built on figurative circle jerks and trolling.

Well, 99% of all political, religious, and otherwise similar discussion in any forum is either a figurative circle jerk or trolling, so that doesn't really seem a distinguishing characteristic.

THe past is often glorified beyond the truth, this has been shown often enough. It counts doubly so here.

Well, that depends. Talisker and Scarlett Johansson, or really bad moonshine and Michelle Malkin sans ball gag?

Not fussy on the booze POV: aged single malt would be nice, Glenfiddich would make me smile, Tesco's own brand blend wouldn't get me walking out.
As far as sex is concerned: male, 6 ft+, less than 220 lbs and not biologically related to me is enough to engage my interest... ;)

The third part is essentially the other four rolled into one, just with weapons and no bouncers.

    Albert's right.

We were founded under the threat of persecution and guise of freedom, those things have only sprung up over time as we've become friends.

Hey!! I got that one! Although, I prefer the 'explore' type games to 'hack and slash' - but, not only did I figure out what he said, I got the reference, too.
