Who is responsible for account approvals?

    I figured I would ask once and for all, and not merely trouble the staff with one particular instance of a person attempting to register. An 'average time for approval' would be most useful.

    Accounts are approved when either myself, Tamar, O2C, or Elwood notices that one needs to be approved and have a few minutes to run a quick check.

    The average time is less than 24 hours.
