I'm sorry, he seems to know way more about the board than he should since he's been here what, 2 months?! Or he truly has so much time on his hands that wordforge is all he does.

BTW, he's not really a dual, more a replacement. He's not running both names at the same time.

I've only been back a couple of days now but I've got a suspicion he's got a strong fixation on Apple products...

Two things on that subject. I like 'em. They work. Moreover, they work out of the box, without me paying top dollar to do half of the manufacturer's job for 'em, rooting it, hacking it, recoding 2/3rds of it from scratch because somewhere between Mountain View and your living room some coke-bottle beard got a wild hare up his ass and nobody told him, "No, Melvin, we're not doing that." -- with the dual reason being that an iOS or OS X machine is always going to be what you expect it to be. Never, ever will you buy an iOS or OS X based computer only to find out that because it's got version number 13848326798721364128375491238745.983749583649583475e (Sense UI version) instead of 13848326798721364128375491238745.983749583649583475e (MotoBlur version), it isn't compatible with whatever you wanted to use it with. The hardware and software are put out by one company, carefully selected to work smoothly with each other, so that your machine becomes as invisible as possible (in the metaphorical sense that you perceive the task, not the device you accomplish the task with.) I have no problem with that. If I wanted to root and jailbreak and buttrape a goddamn telephone, I'd be getting paid to do it, not paying to do it. Frankly, I find Google/Android fanboys to be a sad, comical bunch. Sure, I may pay out the nose for an Apple device -- but I'm not paying out the nose to work for Apple. Suck on that.

Second, it just really irritates some people. Hence, juicy morsel of amusement for me. :)

Notice how he suffers from gender confusion and *still* doesn't know where to put his apostrophes. And, in his fixation, he will now try to make this thread about me.

C'mon, John Castle. This thread is about *you*. Your ratings depend on it. If you want Jamey's job, you're gonna have to hustle.

I'm sure Apple's not paying out the nose for anyone to work for them, either... unless you're at the very top of the food chain, that is.

Um, okay. So I cited a common legal phrase, JC came back with some Latin of his own, and JameyDear can't keep his pronouns straight. Was there something else?

Look more closely at the bottom portion of the frame (excluding the re: & sigs.)
I can't re-create the comic timing, but the sequence should suffice.

Apples are for society's consumers (read Democrats). PCs are for producers.

Francis Ford Coppola disagrees. So does James Cameron. So do most of the major studios. So do a great many writers. So do musicians, architects, graphic artists...

So, yeah... not so much. Nice to see you're scrambling for something a Windows machine can do better than a Mac, but let me do you a favor and save you some time -- there isn't anything a Windows machine does better than a Mac. Except maybe follow in the footsteps of the Mac.
