@Federal Farmer: I asked this before, but you didn't answer. Is your degree from an accredited program?
Voter ID? Yes, I'm fine with voter ID. Voter education requirements? No, but then, your example isn't the same as the one I presented.
I don't have to put up with this bullshit scrutiny. Just because I don't subscribe to leftist thinking has nothing to do with my formal education.I've proven several times that you are wrong on constitutional issues as well as other issues, so no, I'm not sit here and take this shit from you or the stalker or the troll or anyone else on this board.
It's the same fucking thing. You don't want retards to own a gun, I don't want retards to vote, enough of them vote as it is.
A single retard with a gun can do far more harm than a retard with a ballot. Then there's the question of retards with keyboards.
Shhhh.......you'll burst the liberal reality bubble. Let them have their little fantasy that every gun owner is a racist booze swilling uneducated ticking time bomb.
FUCK YOU! You don't shit about me, all you know how to do is chime in with smart ass remarks with absolutely no substance. You're no different than my stalker Ten Lubbock and Chardman.
@shootER: He's working on improving his score. I was charitable on the 7 in that other thread, but now I think he's actually there.
You'd think that the party and people who bow at the altar of cost-benefit analysis would recognize a basic straight-forward cost-benefit analysis. You'd think it, but you'd be wrong. That's what comes from worshiping cost-benefit analyses rather than engaging in them and understanding their uses and limitations.
I would prefer that voters have not only to prove their identity but also show a basic knowledge of the issues. Say something relatively basic like a series of 20 questions that pops up on a voting booth screen that the voter has to answer 16 of the 20 questions correctly before proceeding to vote. I doubt either of the parties would ever agree to support it and it would probably take a constitutional amendment to bring into being But if people really wanted to I think you could come up with 20 good questions that could access basic knowledge.
I was just thinking you should at least have a high school education, I don't think that's much to ask. I like the twenty questions though. They should relate to civics.
Oh, I don't know, people still voted for Obama even though he's done more harm to civil liberties than W' ever did. That takes a special level of retardation, really.
This is a classic tactic of the left. When they can't actually provide anything meaningful to the discussion or when they realize they've been beaten, they resort to name calling and attacking someone's character. In other words, it's the last resort in a desperate attempt to shift the focus of the conversation from the subject at hand to the person who disagrees with them and shatters their world view. It's a way to attempt to discredit the poster and challenge their intillect in the hopes that they will question their own competence. I unfortunately fell prey to it and reacted in anger, therefore giving them the technical "win". It wasn't until later last night that I realized this. I've encountered it in the past and should have known better. Live and learn, I suppose.
