Alright, this is a pretty good idea. From what it looks like, it's Notepad, but you can put in links to other sites or files on your hard drive. And it's as easy to edit as a MySpace page. I am tempted to download it.
I have been using TiddlyWiki for some time, which you can carry around on a jump drive and use with any browser. http://tiddlywiki.org
