I don't do the FaceBook thing, but do want the bus. I would give it to my daughter - she loves these. So, how would I go about buying a ticket?

Air-cooled Vee Dubs are my second choice for durable vehicles that are simple to maintain.

Though I'd rather just drop the engine in a tube-framed buggy than contend with keeping a 40 year old body together.

I don't do stickers. Especially not the ones that broadcast "I'm probably carrying drugs" or "I probably have a gun".

Though I suppose I should be grateful for the laughs people give me with their "Obama '08" bumper stickers.

I guess I do have one sticker. The previous owners of my Jeep put a black, frog-shaped sticker under the logo on the driver's side. I decided I liked that one, so it stays.

Whenever my family sees one of those, the first one to see it shouts: "Hippie van!" Sort of like slug bug but without the punching.
