WMP 11

Does anyone know of a way to get around the problem that WMP 11 has with the XviD codec.

Displaying way to dark and the colour is washed out.

Any ideas?

Haven't actually had that problem myself.

Koepi's XviD codecs and still no luck...it's still really dark and the colour is still washed out.

Are you certain it's not just the video?

All videos in the Xvid/DivX

Did you try using a different player?

Not for nothing, the Nero 6 software is the best $100 i've ever spent. I view Xvid in Real Player, Windows Media Player and The Nero Showtime software. Never had a problem with any of them.

tryed another standalone play and i get the same thing.

got it a bit better by resetting the card settings, still a touch dark for me

Ok think i fixed it, looks like i had my video card not set up right. (fresh system install)
